Treatments
Every treatment we run across manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and specialised rehabilitation.

MANUAL THERAPY
Manual Therapy Session
Hands-on treatment delivered by the physiotherapist, targeting the joint and the soft tissue around it. It is used to open up restricted movement and reduce pain.

MANUAL THERAPY
Joint Mobilisation
Reopening a restricted joint through controlled, graded movements. It is applied often at the shoulder, hip and ankle.

MANUAL THERAPY
Myofascial Release
Easing tension in a muscle and the connective tissue around it with slow pressure techniques. It is preferred where muscle stiffness has lasted a long time.

MANUAL THERAPY
Kinesio Taping
Supporting a muscle or joint with elastic tape. It shifts how load is shared without restricting movement, and is usually combined with exercise.

MANUAL THERAPY
Pain Management
For long-lasting pain, physical treatment is set alongside a review of movement habits and daily load.

EXERCİSE REHABİLİTATİON
Personalised Exercise Programme
A graded exercise plan built from the measurement results and carried out both at home and in the clinic. The plan is retuned at every review.

EXERCİSE REHABİLİTATİON
Posture Analysis
An assessment of body alignment while standing, sitting and walking. It helps trace pain back to loading habits.

EXERCİSE REHABİLİTATİON
Clinical Pilates
An exercise method that builds control of the deep trunk muscles, run one to one or in small groups under a physiotherapist.

EXERCİSE REHABİLİTATİON
Balance and Coordination
Work of gradually rising difficulty, aimed at lowering the risk of falls and restoring control of movement.

SPECİALİSED REHABİLİTATİON
Post-Operative Rehabilitation
A staged programme starting within the window the surgeon allows and moving from range of motion towards strength. The criterion for passing each stage is set in advance.

SPECİALİSED REHABİLİTATİON
Sports Rehabilitation
A programme aimed at return to sport, finishing with movements specific to the discipline. The decision to return rests on measured strength and balance rather than on pain.

SPECİALİSED REHABİLİTATİON
Back and Neck Rehabilitation
For pain arising in the lower back and neck, movement retraining is run together with strengthening.

SPECİALİSED REHABİLİTATİON
Neurological Rehabilitation
Work aimed at regaining walking, balance and everyday living skills where movement has been lost through the nervous system.
