Sports Rehabilitation
A programme aimed at return to sport, finishing with movements specific to the discipline. The decision to return rests on measured strength and balance rather than on pain.
Back and Neck Rehabilitation
For pain arising in the lower back and neck, movement retraining is run together with strengthening.
Neurological Rehabilitation
Work aimed at regaining walking, balance and everyday living skills where movement has been lost through the nervous system.
